Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Package the items securely in their original packaging and ensure all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact for our inspection.

• 3.
  Pickup & Transit

  Our courier partner will arrive within 24-48 hours to pick up your package; please collect the acknowledgement receipt from the delivery executive.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
